Orders are not complete when I receive my parcel. What happened? This usually happens when you purchased many items from the same seller. As many domestic courier offers a good price for small packages, sellers often break up a single large order into many packages. However, they often conveniently just provide 1 tracking number for all the packages that they send.
What Can I do to prevent this from happening? If you are chatting with the seller, remind him to provid tracking numbers for all packages. If you do not chat with the seller, leave a reminder in the remark when you place the Taobao order. You may copy and paste this useful Chinese sentence: 如您将我的商品分几个包裹发货，请提供所有快递单号。谢谢！
My Ship-For-Me item was damaged when I received it. How? There is nothing much we can do as there is possibility that the seller might have sent you a damaged product or the domestic courier might have damaged it. For Ship-For-Me services, the safety and protection of your item is your responsibility as we do not open your orders. If you are sending a fragile item, please request the seller to give it a secure protection. If you receive a damaged item, it is not protected enough! If you need an important/fragile item to be safely delivered, do try our Buy-For-Me service to ensure door-to-door safety.
Taobao tracking shows that the order had already arrived, but ParkSend is still displayed as "Not Arrived". The warehouse will take around 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process the orders that are coming in. Do allow some time for my colleagues to process (weigh & measure) the orders. If the order arrived before you submit the order, the 2 working days wait shall start on the day you submit the order.

Its validity can be checked by entering the tracking number through CaiNiao tracking website https://www.guoguo-app.com/. If there is no tracking information, the tracking number is wrong. Please check the tracking number thoruoghly.
There is tracking information in CaiNiao website, how should I proceed? When there is tracking information, that means that the tracking number is valid. However, that does not mean that the address on the order is correct OR the tracking number belongs to your order. Check the tracking information except the last one (that's the destination). If it does not read 福海街道 anywhere, the tracking number or the address is wrong. Please contact the seller as soon as possible.
